At Super Sisters Beauty, we want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products that didn't meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our beauty support team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of initiation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
